Alexzandra Jackson has managed Phoenix Cinema and Art Centre's education programme since 2010 and has lead on several other projects, including Access Cinema, which works to establish comfortable and enjoyable cinema environments for people with disabilities and Reel India, a programme designed to introduce specialised Indian family cinema to new audiences. In addition, she serves as Festival Director of Leicester's international short film festival, The Short Cinema, currently in its eleventh year and has guest lectured at De Montfort and Loughborough University. She also sits on the board of filmmakers forum, Seven/Five Productions and is a feature film producer with her first release A Dozen Summers shown in cinemas nationwide from August 2016.
