Jim Bradshaw has worked for the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) since 2007; he is currently Head of Film in the awards team, and responsible for all aspects of the administration of the British Academy Film Awards (including rules, entry, voting and results), having formerly been responsible for the Membership Department. His earlier work includes roles at Battersea Arts Centre, and Bridgewater Hall, Manchester, as well as running a fringe theatre company. Jim has a BA in Drama and an MA in Screen Studies from the University of Manchester.
