Richard continues as a board director at Forpeople. Founded by Richard Stevens, forpeople are a company born out of ingeni, Ford Motor Company’s Global concept design centre, in London. Richard was chief designer at ingeni and led advanced automotive design programs for Ford's premier brands including Aston Martin, Jaguar, Land Rover and Volvo. Richard left ingeni in 2004 to create forpeople, following a brief stint as Design Director at global branding agency Fitch.
